È un contratto.Il termine più immediato è "rappresentante commerciale" o di commercio...ma c'è una distinzione con l'agente. Nel contratto si legge:
"Provision erhält der Handelsvertreter für solche Geschäfte nur dann, wenn er die Geschäfte vermittelt hat" Ed ancora:
"Der Handelsvertreter hat die Aufgabe, Verkaufsgeschäfte zu vermitteln."
"Der Handelsvertreter ist grundsätzlich nicht zum Inkasso berechtigt.Er ist nicht befugt, den Unternehmer zu vertreten"
Mi chiedo se in contratti di questo tipo generalmente si usa !rappresentante o agente. Io avevo pensato ad agente (niente incasso , la ditta non viene rappresentata , anche se il contratto non è sempre chiaro)..
