peer agreement (net): +2ospita da 2 a 4 persone Explanation: Credo che sia meglio dare l'intervallo 2-4 perchè questo ha rilevanza poi ai fini del prezzo. Sulle brochure degli operatori, che vendono pacchetti completi, il prezzo di base "a persona" è quello previsto per il numero massimo di occupanti. Se gli occupanti sono di meno (invece di 4 sono 3 o 2 nel caso specifico) ognuno di loro paga un supplemento che serve a coprire il mancato pagamento di una quarta persona in modo che l'operatore tragga il massimo ricavo dall'affitto dell'unità abitativa, anche se, invece di vendere 4 posti aerei ne vende solo 3 o 2. Nel caso di privati, piuttosto che di operatori, il prezzo si basa invece sulla occupazione "minima" e viene normalmente indicato come "prezzo per unità abitativa". Se gli occupanti sono di più (quindi, nel caso specifico 3 0 4) il prezzo aumenta per coprire le spese di utilizzo dell'unità (più acqua, più luce ecc.) |
