MAINTENANCE RESERVES: The Lessee shall pay to the Lessor a Maintenance Reserve in respect of scheduled heavy maintenance to be carried on each Train. The Maintenance Reserve for each Train shall be payable monthly and be at a rate set out in the Lease Agreement (which shall reflect the Manufacturer’s recommendations for the type of Train, the proposed operational diagram and maintenance regime).Where scheduled heavy maintenance tasks covered by the Maintenance Reserves fall due during the Lease Term, the Lessor shall make available to the Lessee the corresponding portion of the accrued Maintenance Reserves, provided however that:(i) the Lessor has given prior written approval to the cost and subsequent written approval to the quality of the heavy maintenance task performed;(ii) detailed invoices are submitted by the Lessee or external maintenance contractor, as the case may be, directly to the Lessor;(iii) in no event shall the Lessor be liable to pay the Lessee an amount greater than that portion of the accrued Maintenance Reserves corresponding to the heavy maintenance task performed on the relevant Train; and(iv) no event of default has occurred or is continuing.

je pense qu'il faut conserver toute la phrase en français car, à mon avis, l'anglais vise:
1/ des défauts constatés et éliminés au moment considéré,
2/ des défauts toujours présents au moment considéré
