Since "Chinese" does not necessary means: "Chinese language", It can be any thing that is related to China even Chinese. In this instance, if the sponser party wants to emphasize on language, then the wording might be different.
Again, I do feel most of the questions posted here are lacking context.
澬復庢堄 or 廇帤庢堄 might be the most confusing if not the most difficult
part in translation's field. By the way, the purpose and/or subject of
the forum has not been indicated yet.

I am not sure that my typing of Chinese characters (dues to the facts that I am using two PC plateforms here) can properly shown here , if not, just accept my apology.

It depends on the context. If it is used for idea exchange, I will prefer the first one. If it is a place for learning Chinese, I will choose the second one.
