Poking around in Google indicates that Bogenaufnahme usually refers to the process of receiving sheets from the printing portion of the machine, or by extension the part of the machine that serves this purpose, before they are fed to the folding and trimming portion.
Now comes the bewilderment: if this is what is meant, why would 'manuelle Bogenaufnahme' be an advantage? Maybe Stephen's suggestion is right, but then why would this make it easy to do cutter programming outside the cutting unit?
Perhaps this bit of text was patched together by a PR type with no understanding of the subject and the only thing the three elements (importing the sheet layout, manual sheet acceptance/feed, and easy cutter programming) have in common is that they are features of the same machine...
