German term

Bevollmaechigte

German to English Law/Patents
From a purchase agreement:

"Sobald die aufschiebende Bedingungen gemaess Abschnitt X eingetreten sind, werden die Parteien die Auffassungserklaerung abgeben bzw. durch Bevollmaechigte abgeben lassen."

I guess the question I have here is whether "authorized party" is sufficient or there needs to be something like "person granted power of attorney" or something like this?
Was wuerden SIE sagen?

Thanks.

proxy / proxies

"...or parties shall appoint (a) proxy/ies..."

"Proxy/proxies" is quite widely used for "Bevollmächtigte(r)". The term is IMO identical to "person granted power of attorney".

authorized party/representative

In any case, I think that the parties here are authorized. I don't think power of attorney is indicated here.

read called for instead of indicated (too much French).

not sure whether powr of attorney is needed, but a "Bevollmaechigte" can be an attorney too. I guess it depends on the context.
