wszyscy wiemy, że chodzi o 45 minut. Napisanie samego hour nie oddaje tu charakteru godziny dydaktycznej, którą raczej powinno tłumaczyć się jako class. Natomiast nie zabardzo się to sprawdza w złożeniu, które mam przetłumaczyć na angielski.

I'm so sorry. I was looking at the excerpt from the text itself. However, both the terms I have suggested have a singular form as well:

1 lesson period

I think that probably, in your context, 'teaching hour/hours' would be more appropriate than 'lesson period'.
