also known as the "Performance Enhancement Program".
It's part of the list of services that a particular hospital gives along with Vertebroplasty/Kyphoplasty, motion analysis, cartilage and meniscus transplant program ... etc..

Perhaps I'm just a little tired and not thinking correctly, as this is, I am sure, a very simple translation - but I can't seem to get past:

"Programa de Mejoramiento de la Función" (leaving the English acronym in place and adding a footnote).

Any (other) suggestions? or do you think this would suffice? Thanks in advance ... :o)
