Explanation:
Disposition is a troublesome word. In my notes over the years for different clients, I have among other things "buyer," "(order)scheduling," "call-ups" (i.e., from an umbrella order), and "call-offs" (means the same thing despite being counterintuitive for me as an AmE speaker).
Since the person has listed it first, it makes more sense to me to emphasize the planning aspect (requirements planning and ordering).

If you go to Google and look for MRP (Material Requirements Planning) + Disposition, you will see some examples from SAP and various US government sources.

... I'm still not convinced that "disposition" works here. If anyone can show me one or two kosher UK or US hits that use "disposition" in the same way as the German "Disposition" is used, I'll shut up.

(And - Hey! - Terry, I wasn't being "very kind" (ugh!). While it's true that my caring and benevolent personality makes Mother Teresa look like Pol Pot, my comment on your answer was prompted by conviction rather than compassion.
