This little abbreviation appears in the results of a patient's arterial blood gas tests.

The section reads: GSA: pH 7.4, *pp* CO2 30, ppO2 110, sat O2...etc.

What do these letters stand for in Spanish, and what is the English expression?

pp stands for presión parcial. In English it is partial pressure, but only one p is normally used. (pCO2, pO2)
