I think "advice" is fine in a legal context - as the term "legal advice" is quite common, getting over 13 million hits on Google.

I think that it's best to keep the "re-" prefix in "resolutiva" - translating it simply to "resolution" rather than some other alternative lacking the "re-" such as "solving" or "solution".

And the phrase "resolution procedure" frequently occurs in legal matters:
