Yes, I read those 3 terms (Nós, pontos nodais, e nós articuladores) as being used interchangeably to mean the same thing. As per your postings on this same project, the writing seems to be very verbose to say the least :)

Linking nodes
Or nodes that connect the system in the various directions and that conform with the various means of intended mobility. For Instance all these nodes link to a nucleus or a central point as for instance a city centre.
