This is from a clause in a contract covering transference of shares on the death of shareholders. So, I know this means shareholders who have inherited their shares after the death of an immediate family member, but does anyone know what the term for that in English is, please.

The "supertite" part is probably from Latin, but I can't find any refrences to it in Engñlish (lots to Supertite pants :-) )

Explanation:
En el Diccionario Juridico de Cabanellas he encontrado: Supérstite: adj. surviving. Por lo tanto, sería surviving partner. O sea; se muere el marido que era el "partner", la viuda se convierte en "surviving partner".
