Hello. This is about a cured jamón made from 2010 Ibérico pigs (the delicious kind that roam woodland eating acorns):

"Calificada como muy buena, la añada 2010 se caracterizó por la abundancia de hierba y la calidad de la bellota de encina.
La lluvia también propició un óptimo estado del alcornoque, con dos magníficas cosechas.
Así, nuestros cerdos disfrutaron de una **montera** bastante completa durante la que terminaron de adquirir parte de sus características más singulares de aroma y sabor.
Finalmente, un cuidado y exquisito proceso de elaboración artesanal confiere a cada pieza una calidad sublime, digna de los paladares más exigentes."

agree Charles Davis : Yes, "montera" is a variant of "montanera". // Nor in mine, but it's frequent enough to suggest that it's not a typo, I think.
