Dutch term or phrase: keteninitiatief
I'm translating a Call for Tenders and have come across the term 'keteninitiatief'. The Rijksoverheid requires anyone tendering for a public contract to have joined a keteninitiatief:

Does anyone know if there is a specific (US) term for this?

TIA.

in this particular (Dutch) context, it might be advisable to add 'socially responsible' or 'sustainable'. in other contexts it might not be necessary.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Hi Michael. Thanks for your help. I guess I must have an outdated Jurlex as it's not in mine.

Asker: The important aspect is, as David says, the social aspect, to improve labor conditions. It's kind of a joint initiative.

-> I don't see the problem. / OK, maybe I do see the problem. See my added notes on the possible addition of 'socially responsible' or 'sustainable' in the current Dutch context.

agree  Kitty Brussaard: Or 'sustainable/responsible supply chain initiative'? This would emphasize that the initiative is aimed at creating a socially responsible / sustainable supply chain.

-> I agree that 'sustainable supply chain initiative' 'socially responsible supply chain initiative' would probably be better. In any case, some explaining will probably have to be done.
