The law dictionaries in which I found the translation of \"parágrafo\" as \"additional clause\" (West - Law Dictionary) and \"additional clause, additional article of law) (Alcaraz Varó and Hughes - Diccionario de términos jurídicos) are for Spanish, same idea

The word \"paragraph\" in English is not legalese. However, the suggestions of \"sole\" or \"solitary\" both work well.

I know, I know, there are advocates of Sole Paragraph but, personally, that is cumbersome to my eyes and ears.
Someone gave me the solution above and I have been using it for some time now.
