I don't believe the author means that equitable = impartial.
To allow time = permitir tiempo suficiente
I think that "equitable" feedback is not intended to forbid unbiased opinions, so it doesn't mean impartial feedback. It means equitable opportunity to provide feedback, IMO. It think it's very safe to translate it this way, otherwise the client won't get the true intention of the original text.

My suggestion of "para posibilitar comentarios" is probably not as good as just saying:
permita el tiempo y los medios de comunicación equitativos para cualesquier comentarios, quejas,
To allow time = permitir tiempo suficiente
I think that "equitable" feedback is not intended to forbid unbiased opinions, so it doesn't mean impartial feedback. It means equitable opportunity to provide feedback, IMO. It think it's very safe to translate it this way, otherwise the client won't get the true intention of the original text.

Que es como lo entiendo yo. "Equitativo" en español tiene otros matices. Otra opción sería "igualitaria". No obstante, "retroalimentación objetiva" suena mucho más natural a la vez que expresa perfectamente a lo que se alude en el texto de partida.
