@ Steffen Walter es ist nicht korrekt, die Anfrage in die Kategorie "Business/Financial" zu verschieben. Die Anfrage bezieht sich ganz klar auf den Bereich Bauwesen/Konstruktion, auf den "wirtschaftlichen Verbrauch" (die Abnutzung) von Gebäuden, die so auf den finanziellen Verlust, den man mit diesen Gebäuden erleidet, hinweist.

hier ein weiterer (ähnlicher) Textauszug: Man nimmt an, dass mit dem wirtschaftlichen Verbrauch des Ausbaus des Rohbaus regelmäßig bis zu x % *wirtschaftlich verbraucht* sind.
