A diferença entre “certidão de casamento” e “certidão de narrativa completa de registo de casamento” é que a segunda é mais pormenorizada que a primeira, contendo dados como a filiação dos cônjuges, o número do livro, das folhas, das páginas, etc, em que o casamento foi registado, entre outras coisas.

As for \"livro de assentos\", the right translation is: \"Register Book of Marriages\". Although I only find \"Register book where marriages are recorded\" in the Internet, I have several Marriage Certificates from the UK here that state \"...a true copy of the entry No. ... in the Register Book of Marriages\".
