I assume that you are working from a translation of the German diploma. The person who originally translated it did not try to evaluate the German degrees and compare them with American or British ones, which is good. Instead, the translator described the time frame and scope i.e. (thesis) of the degrees. In your shoes, I would translate the English description into Spanish just as it is on the diploma. If I definitely knew the names of the German degrees I would write them in in German, followed by the description in square brackets.
