This is a website selling financial services to e-commerce vendors. After a section on instalment loans it offers vendors these three options. I don't know the best way to translate this phrase because I don't know how this option works.

1. Site e-commerce : intégration comme les autres moyens de paiement
2️. E-mail : un lien unique est généré pour être envoyé à votre client
3️. Point de vente : votre client introduit lui-même sur son smartphone la demande directement dans votre point de vente

You say... ... you're not happy with Margaret's answer because it's about selling... apparently "instalment loans". So if you're sure demande does not include general enquiries, why not just "application"?

But in fact Margaret's answer otherwise answers the question as posed, because you don't include the object of introduire in it.

Sounds a little bit like a backtranslation maybe? Isn't it the idea that it's just self service, the customer enters their enquiry on your POS from their smartphone? (ie rather than going via a referral link or an integrated app)?

agree Sarah Naden : I think this is an excellent suggestion. Maybe "request" would be an alternative to "enquiry" as a translation for "demande", but usually you would "enquire" about a loan.

agree Mpoma : Sounds good to me, possibly "makes their application", but the object of "introduire" is not included in Lara's question, so...

agree James A. Walsh : Since they are selling financial services, I also thought "submits their application directly" or even "applies directly", but "enquiry" is probably a safer bet, as there's no explicit mention of any services in the snippet posted.

Your client presents to you on his smatphone

Basically how this method works is, the client is going to browse through his smartphone, find the object that he wants to buy, he will go to the point of sale, and will show his phone to the owner of the point.
You can change introduit for introduces/presents/shows or what you find better.
