Vielen Dank an alle. Alle Vorschläge scheinen mir zutreffend zu sein (im Übrigen habe ich auch noch 'alloggio protetto' gefunden). Ich habe mich - weil am unverfänglichsten - für residenze assistite entschieden, denn aus dem Text geht nicht hervor, für welche Bevölkerungsgruppe das b.W. gedacht ist.

se si tratta di una Heimeinrichtung per adolescenti dove gli educatori convivono e c'è una presenza 24 ore su 24 è un gruppo appartamento; se la presenza manca perché i ragazzi sono o più grandi o a rischio in tedesco si parla di una Fernbetreuung (= gli educatori non sono fisicamente presenti ma vanno un 2 volte asettimane e telefonano per sapere se è tutto ok )ma anche in questo caso in italiano sarebbe gruppo appartamento. Da noi però, che io sappia, la Fernbetreuung, come sistema, non esiste proprio, anzi mi pare sia addirittura contro legge.

Naturalmente Betreutes Wohnen si dice pure per un'istituzione per disabili o per persone anziane ed allora in italiano si direbbe residenza

ok anche la prima versione. non si tratta però soltanto di strutture per anziani... possono essere disabili oppure centri di accoglimento particolari specializzati in un settore det. (donne, bambini, tossicodipendenti ecc.)
