Hi everyone.
This is a registrar's certificate and I've been asked to even translate the stamps.
I've searched the glossaries and have found only one reply that does not convince me.
Does this mean "fiscal stamp"?

6.- Timbre del Estado.
Por la pragmática publicada el 13 de diciembre de 1636, durante el reinado de Felipe IV, se creó el impuesto del papel sellado.
Desde el 1 de enero de 1637 se comenzó a emplear en las actuaciones de los tribunales y en la redacción de escrituras, estableciéndose 4 clases: sello mayor, segundo, tercero y cuarto. Al poco tiempo se crearon dos clases más de papel, uno para los despachos de oficio y otro para los pobres de solemnidad.
La Ley de 31 de diciembre de 1881 aprobó y puso en ejecución el proyecto de Ley provisional que reformaba la renta del Sello y Timbre del Estado.
Este impuesto grava los documentos públicos y privados acreditativos de actos o contratos, y los documentos de tráfico mercantil.
El Estatuto de 1925 marcaba un recargo del 10% sobre este impuesto.

This is what we'd say in the UK. Otherwise, I'd probably use "fiscal stamp".
