Be careful! There are diiferences in the definitions! I cannot tell the context where this sentence is talking about, but I am certain 并排停车 means \"double parking\". As for 双行道, I am almost certain this is talking about there are two lanes on each direction of the road or street. If it is a road or a street, the given text did not tell. \"Lane\" is often translated as 车道. My new suggestion is you should use \"doulbe lane\". And \"Lane\" is just fine to talk about the street. I just checked DMV website.

: I think Kevin's understanding is correct. 2-way means 2 directions instead of 2 lanes in a single direction.

Thank you, Euro! Two-way and two-lane are totally different things. Another wrong translation entered the glossary!
