I prefer reemployment, because that's what you get help with. They don't help you with "severance" as such.

personalised severance assistance agreement

As these types of agreements don't exist as far as I know in English speaking countries (except of the golden handshake type for the privileged few) I think you have to invent your own terminology.

In fact as far as I can see the term 'reclassement' is rather misleading as there is no automatic reassignment but rather assistance in training and job-seeking while still technically working for the employer.

Thanks fourth. I was also going to add that 'agreement' in English is rather more vague than 'convention' which implies a collective or institutionalised agreement but I can't come up with anything better.

Explain with translator's note?

This is a question, rather than a response - as this is a France-specific provision/legal requirement/system, would it not be best to use the French and add a footnote? As no true British equivalent exists?
