Law: Contract(s)
I'm sure this has come up before in KudoZ but I can't find it. I understand the German, but am just having trouble phrasing the section between * and * nicely in English - any ideas?
"Nach Ablauf der Probezeit kann das Arbeitsverhältnis beidseitig jederzeit *mit 3 Monaten Kündigungsfrist je auf Ende eines Kalendermonats* gekündigt werden."

... by giving 3 months' notice to the end of a calendar month.
I would translate "je auf Ende eines Kalendermonats" as "to the end of a calendar month" rather than "at" the end of a calendar month (which seems to me to move the focus to when the notice is given rather than when it expires).
Not much different from what others have suggested, the question is about the fine-tuning of the wording. (Or is a GB/rest of the world preference at work here?)

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer.
Comment: "It might be fine-tuning, but I agree with this wording. Thanks to Deborah and to everyone else, especially Ingrid."

: although I believe it's three months without the apostrophe (not a possessive)

by giving 3 months' notice effective [tenancy: 'expiring'] at the end of any cal. month
Unsure the prep is right: usually ZUM Ende -> confusing but not the same as bis zum.
In Eng. landlord & tenancy law, the notice 'expires' on a date as from which termination becomes effective.
'Notice must be given to GlobalFit by the 18th of the month for
cancellation to be *effective at the end of that month*'

I think
the 'je' stands for either party
each party shall have the right to serve a 3 month notice of termination, effective with the last day of the month.
In other words, if you quit on Sep 15, still have to stay until Dec 31, not Dec 15
