If there is a standard translation for "a regime", I haven't found it yet and I've been looking a long time. This term is often used when something is still at the experimental stage to indicate when that stage is finished and the thing is in normal use. Alternatively it can mean when a machine gets to normal operating speed. Here it would seem to be when the production line or whatever is in regular production each day.
