Portuguese to English Law/Patents Law (general) Closed Inquiry

This is the first title of the case, then it goes on to describe the facts and punishments according to the legal documents.

The second title is Acusação, which names the defendants and what they are accused of.

How would you translate the first title? Somehow, partial case closing doesn't seem right to me, and I can't find anything related online.
