agree  sassa: great link Tom! se podría tb decir "skin-burn hazard" para especificarlo, no?
10 mins
-> Thanks. "skin burn hazard" is good terminology, but I haven't found any instances of use on warning signs (usually kept extremely succinct).

agree  Sonia Gomes: Would it be better, BURNS HAZARD
1 hr
-> Thanks. There could well be a risk of multiple burns, but as this relates to a warning sign I would suggest adopting the standard terminology employed on such signs (which is the singular).

agree  David Brown: if its water or steam it could be "scald"
2 hrs
-> Thanks. Your comment is correct, but in the absence of context I opted for a standard sign. Haven't managed to find any "scald hazard" signs, nor, in case the machine is outdoors, any "sunburn hazard" signs! ;-)
