Dear friends, After a big update yesterday, MemoQ's Spell Check function became very weird. Now, when I use "F7", it runs through the segments regularly, finds the errors, and suggests terms. Yet, if I click on the "Correct" button to replace the wrong term with the suggested one, insetad of replacing it, MemoQ leaves the wrong term in the segment and adds the correct one to its left side (no spaces), and in boldface, underlined and superscribed. TIA for the help! ▲ Collapse | | | Looks like a bug | Sep 25, 2016 |
If you can, please report it to Kilgray's support email so that they can check and, eventually, fix it. | | | Mario Freitas Brazil Local time: 20:56 Member (2014) English to Portuguese + ... TOPIC STARTER I did, Tomás, | Sep 25, 2016 |
I noticed there were other topics with the same issue, after I posted mine. It's weird that Kilgray didn't send the fix as a new update to everyone, since this is affecting so many people. If all users with this proble will have to send a request to their support, they'll have thousands of e-mails to reply in a few hours. It makes no sense.
