Dear colleagues:

This is a rather weird question, but I am having problems with Proz.com to add funds to my wallet.
I tried to add them directly through Paypal but there was an error, so I decided to send a message to proz sending them $20 to add to my wallet. This was on the 24th of April.

Three days ago I received a message saying they were looking into the matter, still no reply, and I cannot apply for jobs.

Do you know who must I complain to about this issue?

Any help will be much appreciated.

Dear Natalia,

I see that your support request was addressed by support staff a day after you submitted it and then on the same day that you submitted your second message.

I also see that you were asked for specific information for site staff to locate your payment and process your deposit --information that you later provided-- and that support staff informed you that your support request was being referred to a staff member who would check your payment and process it.

About an hour ago, I replied to your support request letting you know that there may be a mistake in the recipient address you used to make your transfer and asked you to confirm this since this may be the reason why your deposit has not been processed yet.

As you can see then, unless complete details are provided to support staff in the first message sent via the support center, the resolution of an issue may take time.

Also, have in mind that ProZ.com members are given priority support over non-members.

I see that support staff replied to your support request, Abdul, less than an hour after you submitted it. Make sure you provide them with the information they are asking for as soon as you can. Thanks!
