Hello,

I've just had an offer for translating some (actually many) Tab-files edited with Adobe Table 3.0 (part of Adobe Pagemaker 7.0 which I own.

Is it possible to translate this files using Trados 6.5 Freelance exporting them to some format? In alternative I have Déjà Vu X Pro. I used Trados' Storycollector for Quarkxpress files some time ago... it worked very well. Is this possible for Adobe Table files too?

Thanks a lot!

Also, you can export the content from Table 3.0 to a .TXT file. (File > Export > Text)
If the Table content is too long, maybe you can export to Word, translate, clean with Trados, and then convert the Word file to the original .TXT again.

Let me know if this helps, since Story Collector won't work for tables alone.
