Comma usage rules, please Jun 5, 2013

Ho hum, I suppose I'll just have to continue my own self-imposed mission to nag punctuation abusers into acquiescence - particularly the perpetrators of the ubiquitous dodgy apostrophe in English and those of the rogue unnecessary comma inveterately inserted willy-nilly after the subject of the sentence in Spanish.
