peer agreement (net): +1holder, grantor... Explanation: if you really don't want to use licensor, you could try "grantor" which is pretty horrible (IMHO) but at least keeps the meaning. Or avoid the issue and refer to the concédant as "holder" or "rightholder". I would avoid "assignor" unless there is a genuine assignment of rights, but I don't think you'd be shot if you used it. |
