If the sentence goes "JE VEUX ALLER LÀ PARCE QUE..." and I don't see it any other way in french. PARCE QUE means BECAUSE.

: It's supposed to be "parce que" but the "que" is missing. It wouldn't make sense to write "je veux aller là parc".

Whatever it was intended to be, it is incomplete. Ending a sentence with parce que is also inconceivable. I am only offering a suggestion.
