this term occurs in a list of items in a construction document. i can't put it in cyrillic script because the site doesn't allow for that. 'grazdanie' means 'citizen' and this word has the letters 'e' and 'z' in front of it

"ezgrazdanie" is clearly misspelled, or is rather transcribed to represent closely the phonetic pronunciation of the Bulgariamn word "izgrazhdane" (изграждане), meaning "erection", "construction", "building".
