Spanish term
Alcalde-Presidente
This is the person pronouncing a couple joined in Civil Matrimony in Caceres, Spain. The Escutcheon at the top of the page says "El Alcalde de Caceres". Is this a Justice of the Peace or some dual-purpose Mayor/? position?
