Non-PRO English to Polish Tech/Engineering Mechanics / Mech Engineering HT leads -disregard

can you please disregard the HT leads question question as it is patently obvious what they are, sorry... However, my request to you is this: can someone suggest where a form can be found with MOT items listed? There are scores of Poles in Edinburgh who work in garages (or hope to) without any English. A garage owner has asked us for help as a favour (to him and the Polish mechanics)
