Stiamo parlando di templi egizi, e, in assenza assoluta di riscontri (o quanto meno io non ne ho trovati), tradurrei besiformi o besidi, ma se qualcuno è in grado di confermare lo ringrazio vivamente.

With the exception of sole full-length pillars which display the image of the god Bes, the so-called Besiform or Beside columns are actually something of a misnomer. Where the image of the god Bes is placed on the abaci above the capitals of columns, such as those of the Roman birth house at Dendera, these images are technically part of the external temple decoration etc. etc.

Io non trovo altro... A quanto pare le parole "besidi" e "besiforme" non essitono in italiano! Almeno non in Google...

E anche se cerchi "besiform" non c'e niente... "Beside column" essite, ma col senso di colonna attacatta. Qual'e l'origine del tuo testo?
