Se trata de un elemento construido por lo general en ladrillo. En el mismo se coloca una parrilla, se hace fuego y se asan carnes.
A su vez, este elemento suele estar dentro de un local especialmente acondicionado para funcionar como comedor.
Mi problema es el siguiente:
existe el término "grill", que entiendo significa "parrilla";
por otra parte, es de uso común "barbecue" para referirse al local, y también a un elemento de metal que a su vez contiene una parrilla.
Pero no estoy del todo seguro que se le pueda llamar "grill" ni "barbecue" al elemento construido en ladrillo...
¿Sugerencias?

Igual que aqui en Valencia la "paellera" (paella dish o pan) tambien se refiere al cobertizo donde se hace en el jardin. En casa, tenemos ambos (barbacoa y paellera).
