Un suivi standard de recrutement est défini obligatoirement par un code suivi. Il peut être identifié pour une société, une unité d’organisation ou une classification d'emploi particulière (type de contrat, catégorie, famille et classe d'emploi). Il est constitué d'une liste d'étapes, d'une liste de types d'action par étape ainsi que du nombre et du type de valideurs requis pour chaque action.

I'm taking the "Il" at the beginning of the second sentence to refer to "suivi standard" and not "code suivi".

This is the standard term used in direct marketing. I checked in Google to see if it is also used in recruitment and it would to be the case.
