Found in text:
"Disposition" in all its variations is one of my pet hates as it covers such a vast area of concepts. Any takers out there? Thanks in advance.

If it's a general all-around assistant in film/video, then it's a PA.
They schedule, fetch, organize, round up people, equipment, cast, crew, arrange food, et al.
My brother works as one, and if you google the term along with film or video, you get a million hits. literally.
