German term

Absatzlager

German to English Bus/Financial Transport / Transportation / Shipping
"das Führen eines Absatzlagers für einen X-produzenten." I have the impression that goods go directly from the Absatzlager to the customer (rather than to a store), but I have no idea if there is a separate term for this in English. Perhaps 'a sales warehouse,' though Google doesn't like it.

distribution center

A distribution center distributes to both end users and retailers, but it's what I would use in this context. Here's a press release quote from Amazon, which ONLY ships to end users:

Example sentence:

The Campbellsville and Lexington distribution centers will allow Amazon.com to significantly increase the number of books, CDs, videos, and other products kept on hand for immediate shipment to customers, the company said.
