disagree  Albert Stufkens: The element of "incidenteel" is missing/ It is worrisome that V.d. End's Jurilex tends to be regarded as the Holy Bible. He was a colleague and only diligently collected translated terms. His glossaries are therefore subject to the same defects as Kudoz.

disagree  jarry (X): Your suggested answer is unconvincing (translated Dutch) and unnecessarily verbose. I have been aware for sometime that we are dealing with Dutch law and the legal system of the Netherlands.
