English to Polish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

Notwithstanding any express provision for termination contained herein, this Agreement may be terminated with immediate effect by written notice to the other Party if the other Party goes bankrupt, suspends payments, compounds with its creditors or is otherwise subjected to insolvency proceedings or enters into solvent liquidation.
