English translation:oxaloacetic, pyruvic
Explanation:
these of course are adjectives, which in principle need to be accompanied by a noun; often it's "oxaloacetic acid" and "pyruvic acid"; so if there is no noun in your original text, you probably may assume that these acids are meant.

Nikolaus

oxalacetic, piruvic

Explanation:
I guess you are talking here about the transaminase enzym which promotes the transamination, that is to say, a reversible oxidation-reduction reaction in which an amino group is transferred typically from an alpha-amino acid to the carbonyl carbon atom of an alpha-keto acid and which is usually promoted by a transaminase

oxalacetic means the formation of a crystalkine acid, that is to say, the oxalacetic acid which is a crystalline acid HOOCCOCH2COOH formed by reversible oxidation of malic acid (as in the metabolism of fats and carbohydrates) and in reversible transamination reactions (as from aspartic acid)
(Merriam-Webster)

"piruvic" refers to the piruvic acid which is a product of glucose metabolism.

Greetings from the Canary Islands,

Val

I meant, of course, a CRYSTALLINE acid.

My apologies,
