¥"post-closing¥" means ¥"締め (日/月) 後の¥", and you will not necessarily have to be bothered by the verb ¥"をまたぐ¥".
The Progressive JE dictionary gives the definition of ¥"締め切り後記入¥" as ¥"(a) post-closing entry¥", this would also apply to this case.
