Hola. Es un texto en el que dice que el alumno ha hecho 100 horas de Präsenzstunden y 50 de Hospitation für den Aufbaustudiengang. He visto que Hospitation se explica en wikipedia

Unter Hospitationen im Bereich der Lehrerausbildung versteht man in erster Linie Unterrichtsbesuche, wobei ein Fachleiter einem vom Referendar veranstalteten Unterricht beiwohnt und diesen anschließend mit dem Referendar bespricht, analysiert und gegebenenfalls bewertet. Der Beratungsaspekt sollte dabei durchgängig im Vordergrund stehen.

Hospitationen sind natürlich auch denkbar in der Form, dass Referendare den Unterricht des Fachleiters besuchen und dieser zum Gegenstand der Analyse und Besprechung wird. Eine weitere Form stellen Gruppenhospitationen dar, wobei der Kreis der Teilnehmer entsprechend erweitert wird (z. B. das gesamte Fachseminar).

Für die Analyse und Besprechung derartiger Hospitationen sind schriftlich dokumentierte Unterrichtsentwürfe sehr vorteilhaft. In diesen werden oftmals die Intentionen (Lernziele) und Verlaufsphasen sowie die didaktischen und methodischen Überlegungen festgehalten.

Creo que se trataría de horas de observación de clases para maestros, pero no estoy muy segura porque nunca la use. De todos modos presento mi propuesta, la saqué de un foro en Inglés de Leo.

Los profesores cuando están estudiando, observan clases dictadas por otros profesores para aprender y criticar.
