Normally the term transfer station is used for the complete facility, which hands over electricity, fuel or gaz.
If you like to distinguish inside of this station between two parts "Übergabestation" and "Übernahmestation" (in case of two installations) you may apply receiving station for "Übernahmestation" and transfer station for "Übergabestation".

"Übernahmeregelstation" wäre dann "receiving and pressure regulating station" und Übergabestation "transfer and pressure regulating station", wobei die Frage auftaucht, in welchem Teil der Gesamtanlage der Druck geregelt wird (oder gar in beiden?)
