例えば、A社がB社より購入した原材料につき、その品質に関わる責任をB社が負うということをB社が同意のもとA社とB社の社間で結ばれる協定書です。Quality Assurance Agreementでいいような気がするのですが、やはり「購入品」という表現がタイトルに必要なのではという意見もありまして、どなたかご存知の方がいたら教えてください。

Katsushi Saitoさんのご指摘通り、購入品と購買品という言い方があるようです
ね。
私は、購買品を念頭に置いて考えていました。
状況がわかりませんので、再度確認をお願い致します。
ISOでは、購買品(purchased products)のとして、
「もの」としての「購入品」、２つ目に「無形のサービス」としての「外注業務」
にわけて考えているようです。↓

ここでいう、購入品は、Saitoさんがおっしゃるsupplies にあたるわけです。
A社にとってB社はSupplier ということになりますから、
Supplier Quality Assurance Agreement という表現もよく見かけるので
使えるように思いました。
